As 2022 just closed its doors and 2023 inspires us with endless possibilities, let’s take a moment to review our accomplishments over the past year as software developers and create goals for what we can achieve in 2023.

All of us have come so far this year, having learned new skills and adapted quickly to global changes, – it’s time to reflect on that success!

Many are eager to venture into uncharted tech territory this upcoming year, while others will strive towards creating an even greater future.

Last year brought a significant economic growth for AXON Soft, which allowed us to take on two events, one team building, two soft skills seminars, and one internship program. We also took on five new projects and saw a large increase in our talent pool.

We are proud of our ambitious goals for 2023 and confident in our ability to achieve them. We know that customer satisfaction is the key to business development, so we continue to focus on delivering outstanding products and services. Thanks to this strategy, two new verticals have successfully been added to our portfolio last year.

To help foster innovative ideas, six new projects have been started in a variety of sectors. Our plans for international expansion are becoming more and more real this year. Our goal is to increase our talent pool by 50%, which will open up more opportunities for internships and soft-skills seminars. As team building is always one event our colleagues look forward to, we will continue this tradition in 2023.

To emphasize the positive impact of our growth this far, we’re aware that management teams must adjust to change. We always had a preference for promoting talent within the company. Proactivity and performance are two of the values we live by and are the stepping stone for clear career path for everyone eager to become a better professional. We celebrate hard work and dedication, as they are the ground for progress for those who strive for excellence and take initiative.

In order to ensure this plan is successful, clear communication among staff members is essential; this includes setting proper expectations so everyone knows what contributions are expected from them plus creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their ideas without fear of criticism or judgement.

We are committed to remain flexible and be prepared for any surprises and market shifts. We have full faith in our management team’s capabilities in terms of effective planning, risk management, and agility.

All these being said…it is clear that the coming year will be full of challenges and opportunities for us.  With greater economic growth targets alongside more events taking place throughout the year, there is no doubt that it will be an extraordinary adventure! With ambitious goals set for this upcoming year AXON Soft continues its journey toward success – let’s see what amazing achievements await us!
