“I have signed up for this internship after talking to people from the HR department at a job fair and I was very pleased when I was called for the interview. During the recruitment process, I was positively surprised by the workplace and the prospect of doing my internship here became more and more attractive. A few days later, I accepted the offer for the summer internship and haven’t looked back since.
Constant milestones to be reached, negotiating task-splitting with other groups and helping each other were the highlights of this internship. Alongside bugs, LOTS of bugs. It was a shift from my usual on-my-own coding, now knowing I can leave others to handle important tasks and asking for help when in trouble, and it broadened my horizon on workplace interactions. The people working here were always friendly and it was a big factor in me not feeling like an intruder into an unknown world, and feeling like part of the team. The mentors also played a big part in me understanding my tasks better and rethinking the way I code.
I have learned a lot during this internship and have evolved as a person. The experience I have gained was so eye-opening that, if I had the choice to do it all over again, I would sign up in a heartbeat.”

“This summer experience was a nice challenge for myself as I learned different technologies in such a short time and after I applied them in the team project where I had the opportunity to “taste” all the layers an application implies.
