AXON Soft processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016 and related legislation. Depending on the activity carried out, AXON Soft processes your personal data, as the data subject, under the following conditions:

If you are a candidate for AXON Soft’s job vacancies;
To the extent that you are a beneficiary of the services provided by AXON Soft (client representatives);

In order to achieve the aforementioned processing purposes, AXON Soft will process your personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above, as well as in order to comply with applicable legal obligations, including, but not limited to, the provisions relating to the archiving obligation.

If you are a client or Business Partner, we will retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship with you and for the minimum retention period required by law, including the limitation period and the deadlines provided for by tax and accounting legislation.

The personal data of candidates for AXON Soft’s open positions will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process and one year after the completion of the process. If the recruitment and selection process is completed with the submission of the offer, which the candidate accepts, the personal data collected will be transferred to the personal file and stored in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation. If, subsequently, we wish to keep the candidates’ data in the database for a longer period of time, in order to notify them in the future of other open positions that match their profile, we will need the candidate’s consent.

If the basis for the processing is your consent, this personal data will be processed only for the period provided for by your consent, unless you withdraw or limit your consent before the expiry of this period.
