- Senior-level profile, with more than 4 years of relevant experience

Your Role
- Translating business needs into actionable requirements
- Collaborating with other departments to identify dependencies and risks
- Assisting in monitoring development progress, providing support to keep the project on track and informing stakeholders
- Preparing functional documentation for developed features
- Managing identified issues, proposing improvements, and developing solutions
- Defining and implementing initiatives that increase operational efficiency, reduce risks, and support business growth
- Ensuring the project remains on track and delivers results
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Assisting in the onboarding process of new team members
