Since 1998, we provide software solutions that exceed expectations, delivering products that companies cannot perform without. We are passionate about our work, and we leverage our highly skilled technical team to reach our customers’ most challenging projects.
From the very beginning, we worked for Western Europe companies, became professionals in working from remote locations, and adopted modern methodologies. Moreover, we always keep up-to-date with technology trends.
We pride ourselves on having a highly-skilled and driven team that remains devoted to going the extra mile for our business partners.
Over the years, our teams’ dedication brought us successful results. We are proud to have developed 2 software applications that have entered in top 10 worldwide for their business area – logistics and workforce management.
Even more important, our dedication brought us long-term partnerships with clients that share the same values and beliefs. This way, we assure that our growth is well planned and sustainable.
In 2025 we implemented the ISO 9001 standard, globally recognized for quality management, in order to ensure clear and efficient internal processes and the ISO 27001 in order to gain higher security of data, algorithms, software programs, methodologies and processes, especially in the context of remote delivery. These improvements help us increase our business globally, by operational excellence and cyber-resilience.

Since she became the CEO of AXON Soft, she has successfully managed to provide software solutions that exceed expectations, delivering products that companies cannot perform without.
Leadership is what defines her, thereby she`s working closely with the team to transform the future of any business and to constantly generate new value for our customers.
Alexandru is an essential member of AXON Soft, with more than 15 years of experience in software development. He enjoys transforming new ideas into reality, and his sense of detail, perfectionism, and passion for software architecture and style make him the leader that everyone looks up to.
As a Business Unit Manager, he connects projects and resources and puts his strategic thinking and problem solving attitude to most use.
